We are looking for 2 ”housemates” (preferably girls) for our daughter at UNT from January 1st.  The house is 5 minutes from Texas Womens’ University and 10 minutes from the University of North Texas.  It is a new house (a year old) on a large corner lot – dogs are allowed.  The street is a cul-de-sac, so not a lot of traffic.  The bus stop is right outside the house so it is very convenient to get around with public transport.

$350 per month plus one third of the utilities.
